Welcome to Let's Start Lettering! Don't tell me, let me guess... you are here because you want to learn all about the amazing world of hand lettering. Not only that, you want to know how to do it yourself and how to do it well? Great! I've got you covered.

This course is designed to take you through all of the things that you need to know to rock the world of hand lettering. I will start from the very basics of the supplies you need, to basic practice strokes and drills, to the printed alphabet, the script alphabet, putting letters together into words, words into compositions and then compositions onto final products that you create.

One of the important things that I stress throughout the course is making your lettering your own. That has been the key to my success because I've been able to develop my own style, rather than copy someone else's. So I talk about that a lot. It's not because I don't want you to learn from me! It's because I want you to have the success that I do and I know that developing your own style is key to that success. I'm giving you the lettering building blocks that you will need and also showing you ways to make your lettering completely your own.
