Shop Descriptions Copy
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN THIS WEEK?
Your shop isn't a shop unless you're selling! This week we will be talking about writing strong shop descriptions and pricing to make money (think Nordstrom versus Walmart).
But you also need people to buy your work! That's where social media and email come in. Those are elements that are a must for your business. So let's dive in and finish off your shop!

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
- Watch the videos and complete your note sheets
- Write your shop descriptions for your 3 starting products
- Upload a final shop picture and description to our Facebook group album
- Sign up with Mailchimp (best when you're starting out)
- Create an email opt in to add to your website. To do this, go to "Lists" and create a new list called "Welcome Series" (or something like that) and complete the rest of the Create List form info. It will take you to your new email campaign and you'll see the option for "Sign Up Forms." You can head in there to create different forms. For today, create a "General Form." In "Build It" remove last name (the more things people have to fill in, the less likely they are to do it). Play around with the elements in "Design It" to make it match your branding. Now copy the URL they give you and you've created an opt in to your list!
