It’s Not a Cheat, It’s a Strategy (Quick and Easy Lettering Tips)

If you’ve ever taken an online course with me, you know that one of my FAVORITE sayings is, “It’s not a cheat, it’s a strategy!” Those are the little things that you can do to make your final piece look perfect, even if it didn’t start out that way. Over time, I’ve collected a lot of these strategies and I want to share them with you! So “It’s not a cheat, it’s a strategy” is now our new mini-series that will be packed full of quick and easy lettering tips and tricks.

The inspiration behind this is that every day, everywhere, we are bombarded with these picture perfect images that we never get to see the behind the scenes realness of. I, for one, don’t think that’s fair! All the drafts, all the sneaky fixing mistakes – none of this makes the final cut.
